Post soon, hold up.
Woops.. I think I’ve abandoned my blog again. Don’t really care, not really bothered to update this piece of whatever anymore so don’t be surprised if I never post again. We shall see.
The lovely S and her beau just arrived back from New York yesterday and my sisters and I were quite excited to hear how our two cats Paige and Betty were doing only to find out that they had been put in shelters :( Its supposedly a no-kill shelter, but I know no such thing exists :(
On the way back from uni I couldn’t help but sob in the tube not even bothered by my audience sitting in the row across from me.
I love you Paige and Betty.. I hope an angel comes and adopts the two of you together before some cruel low life decides to take your innocent lives away. I’m sorry it had to come to this :( :( :( You were such good cats and you don’t deserve this :(
:’( :’( :’(
Last night for me was awesome. Movida didn’t quite work out (we went to Empire instead) but at the end of the day its the company that counts and I couldn’t have asked for a better crowd. They were all such troopers and really made our night out fun fun fun. It was a night to remember for sure and I’ll be looking forward to more nights out to come! So a big thank you to you all…. :’)
This morning I woke up and had a little Skype session with my Mommy dearest. She told me all about Teefa’s visit and how insanely cute she is. These pics are stolen off Mommy’s FB. It’s an odd sight to see my Daddyo carrying a baby, but at the same time so so adorable – I love these pics so much. I can’t wait to see the video!
Hello Kitty Mild, meet Hello Kitty Wild!
Sweet and innocent or out on the prowl:
when she’s good, she’s very good,
but when she’s bad, she’s unmistakably M·A·C!
Yesterday was the launching of the Hello Kitty collection at MAC. The kinky themed event was held at Selfridges where my sister and I spent at least 2 hours trying on make up and playing with the Kitty mascots! It felt like a big slumber party, it was soooo much fun! The MAC artists were putting on the new wild and mild eye shadows on every girl that attended (including myself), the Kitty mascots were pasting glittery tattoos on to our hands and kitty shaped balloons were flying around everywhere! I’d already known that the Hello Kitty collection was limited edition but I had no idea it’d sell out in just a couple of hours, it was the shiznit!!! Loved loved loved it. I also stopped by Bobby Brown onnnnnly because they posted up a sign that said ‘because of a competitor’s event held today, all Bobby Brown products will be 10% off’ …soOooo..I ended up getting Bobby Brown’s gel eyeliner which I’ve fallen deeply in love with O____O
I can’t wait for my Saturday night. We might be hitting up Movida all thanks to our good friend J, so if all goes well, it’s gonna be an amazing night! If i’m lucky i’ll spot Jay Sean in the crowd, hahahaha. And this time.. I’m gonna do without the fake lashes like I did last year, although I must say, those were awesomely cool! LOL. Have a great weekend everyone! Wish I could make this a longer post but I just got back from uni and my bed looks sooo tempting right now… zzzz. Toodles my noodles!

I’ve been studying for my test tomorrow allllll day today (lame! The last time i had a ‘test’ was in high school!) so during my study break I did a bit of online window shopping (there’s a reason why they call it retail therapy) and came across this beauty! TREGGINGS!!! How totally cool is this. Putting the price aside (though I do think investing in this is well worth the bucks), I think the idea of trousers + leggings is genius especially since I’m a frequent wearer (???) of both skinny jeans and tights. I want.

I realize I’ve neglected my blog a little, but what can I say, my ever so busy work filled schedule has left me no choice. I hate to always use that as an excuse, but it really is always the reason. And there’s been no exception this week; despite the fact that it was my 22nd birthday on Friday, my weekend has come and gone for the umpteenth time in a row just like that. Though I must say, I was probably the least celebrative I’ve ever been in terms of birthday celebrations this year. Nothing’s changed, and nothing feels any different. Being 22 has had no real effect on me, minus the unnecessary acknowledgement that I am now the same me but older. Bleh.
Anyhoots. Having said all that……………… I had a lovely time on my birthday! I tried as hard as possible to get everyone to avoid saying the ‘B’ word as I intended to keep things simple and casual (I usually hate being in the spotlight), but I couldn’t help but feel a little special all thanks to the people I love most. They made it extremely hard for me to forget that it was in fact my birthday. My day started off with a 10am morning class which I walked out of after just an hour of dosing off. Later that night we had the yummiest dinner I’ve had in a while at Busaba Eathai – am amaaazing Thai restaurant known for their famous Pad Thais which I ended up ordering. Just thinking bout it makes me drool. I then came home to a tea party session complimented with the sweetest of munchies (thanks you guys O_o). What more could a birthday girl ask for. Thanks to everyone who made my day as special as it was :’) Now if you excuse me, I’ve got a bit of affection stuck in my throat.
P.S. Here are just a few shots of the night. I also managed to capture some very short videos (my mem card was quite the fullage) so I just sorta combined them all into one for you’s to check out :D
Oh and here’s something totally random! Brunei Hall’s wireless connection (it’s so sad how I actually depend on this) has been in absolute shitsville lately. So last night, when I was trying to connect on to the wireless I couldn’t help but giggle to myself as I stumbled upon this. Stupidity. Haha:
